Joe grew up as a farm kid in Missouri and at a very early age loved bluegrass music. Remembers tuning his little am radio to the local station on Saturday evenings and getting WSM Nashville, doing a bluegrass show.

He Moved to Wisconsin at the age of 15 and got away from bluegrass until recently starting taking an interest again. Loved how much of it is sticking to the roots of what bluegrass music is and was.
He left the farm at the age of 18 and was a mechanic until 1992 due to a car deer accident that left him paralyzed due to a spinal cord injury.

Loves life and has a passion for traditional music, country and bluegrass.
His knowledge of bluegrass is limited because of the years of not following it, but that will change now with this great thing called the Internet.

I hope you join him every Wednesday morning 10 – 12 am est. for the heartland bluegrass show where he will take your requests and be playing traditional to contemporary bluegrass music. Stop by the chatroom and say hello, he would love to meet you.
